For years, I thrived in the fast-paced world of tech, where 15-hour workdays and constant stress were the norm. I was the epitome of a high-achieving, type-A personality, always pushing limits, always performing, always sacrificing self-care for success. But beneath the surface, my body was sending warning signs: fatigue, brain fog, and persistent health issues I kept brushing aside.

I thought I was healthy. I exercised regularly, ate well, kept moving. But the truth was, I was just surviving, not thriving. And I know I'm not alone.

​

My wake-up call came when my kid began experiencing similar struggles. Doctors offered quick fixes, but I knew we needed to go deeper. That search led me to Functional Medicine, and everything changed. I spent years immersing myself in functional nutrition, hormone balance, and gut health, ultimately uncovering my own hidden imbalances and reclaiming my vitality from the inside out.

That transformation ignited a passion that has driven over a decade of work with hundreds of clients. People who are driven and successful on the outside, yet quietly exhausted, foggy, and frustrated by health issues they've been told don't exist. People who know something is off, even when every test says they're "fine."

Over time, my work naturally expanded beyond the physical. I began meeting clients who were navigating profound inner experiences, through plant medicines, psychedelic journeys, and spiritual awakenings, and struggling to make sense of what had surfaced. What I witnessed over and over was that these experiences, when left unintegrated, could leave people feeling more lost than before. And when supported with the right container, they became some of the most powerful catalysts for healing I had ever seen.

That recognition led me to deepen my training as a certified Psychedelic Integration Practitioner through ICEERS Academy, the educational arm of the International Center for Ethnobotanical Education, Research, and Service, a globally respected organization at the forefront of psychedelic integration since 2008. With over a decade in this space and hundreds of conversations with people who have walked through their own inner landscapes, I bring both professional grounding and genuine human understanding to this work.
